Booking
Your spot is confirmed once payment of AED 350 per guest is received. Before paying, you’ll be asked to accept these terms. You’ll receive a payment confirmation by email, and our team will contact you on WhatsApp with boarding details. One ticket admits one guest.

No refunds
All bookings are final and non-refundable, including if you cancel, can’t attend or arrive late. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your spot to another eligible guest by messaging us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the event; the new guest must accept these terms.

What’s included
Guided Pilates sessions for all levels, use of mats and props, matcha and coffee provided by Peet’s Coffee, healthy bites and refreshing drinks, and a goodie bag with a secret envelope. Transport to and from Dubai Creek Harbour isn’t included.

Who can join
This is a women-only event for guests aged 18 and over. All fitness levels are welcome.

Arrival and boarding
Boarding opens at 4:30 PM. The yacht departs on schedule, and guests who arrive after departure can’t board. Please bring your Emirates ID or passport, as it may be required for the passenger list.

If we need to make changes
If 306 Pilates cancels or reschedules the event because of weather, sea conditions, safety or other circumstances beyond our control, you can choose a spot on the new date or a full refund. We may adjust the programme, timings or vessel where needed.

Photography and filming
The event will be professionally photographed and filmed, on board and at the boarding point. By booking and attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed and to 306 Pilates using these images and videos, including your likeness, on its website, social media, advertising and other marketing, without payment. If you’d prefer not to be featured in close-up shots, please tell our team at check-in and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but you may still appear in group or background footage. Please respect other guests’ privacy when sharing your own photos and videos.

Health and safety
You take part at your own risk and confirm you’re fit to do so. If you’re pregnant, injured or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before booking and tell the instructor before the session. Please follow the instructor’s and crew’s safety instructions on board at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 306 Pilates isn’t liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation.

Goodie bags and envelopes
Every guest receives one goodie bag and one envelope with small complimentary gifts; these aren’t prizes or a draw. Contents vary from guest to guest and can’t be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Vouchers and offers are subject to their own terms and expiry dates.

Personal belongings
Please keep your belongings with you. 306 Pilates and the yacht operator aren’t responsible for lost or damaged items.

Conduct
We may refuse boarding or ask a guest to leave, without a refund, for behaviour that affects the safety or comfort of others.
